Kevonte is an academically trained behavioral researcher who has been applying quantitative and qualitative methods to solve real-world problems for more than eight years. His experience spans from the discovery of process inefficiencies and customer pain points to the measurable improvement of service processes and market research for growing a customer base.
He holds two Masters, in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Psychology.
